A Baltimore landmark everyone must check out. An old speakeasy turned jazz club turned funky French restaurant. Food was great and the service was down home Bawlmer hospitality. It is not often I hug my waitress on the way out after a first visit to a restaurant! The pate and Bouillabaisse are musts.
