My wife and I took an entry-level scuba course with Jay through AquaVentures in Timonium, MD. I was very impressed with his knowledge level and also his communication and teaching skills. My wife was very nervous about scuba diving going into it, but Jay made her feel very comfortable with everything and she really enjoyed herself immensely. He loves what he does and it shows.
