I've used IBackup for several years now as a way to create offsite backups for myself. In general, I've been happy because they were the only online backup service that provided OS-level integration. This means I can create a shell script that copies files in the wee hours to IBackup. But, with Dropbox's arrival, IBackup's warts are showing. The price is still affordable-enough. But the access speed is turning out to be comparatively slow. And I've been having trouble for a good year now logging into their site using my correct username and password (it frequently fails). That worries me. Despite those knocks, I'm not yet convinced that DropBox is better and am sticking with IBackup.
