I was trying to find a low-sodium bread, so I gave this a try. I just don't like it. It is flourless, which sort of makes it brittle and dry. Mind you, the taste isn't offensive, but I make big sandwiches - and the slices of this bread are both too small and just don't hold up well. To be fair, my wife made a normal-person-sized egg sandwich with this bread and she thought it was good. But I need a bread that can hold 1/2 lb of roast beef or turkey and not crumble apart.
