I recently added a Comcast HD DVR to my bedroom but I had to have it removed. It records beautifully. The problem is that I think an alien is living inside it. For some reason at 4:15am every night it feels the need to rev up its hard drive and shutdown several minutes later. It is loud enough to wake me up almost every night. Like clockwork it will then carry out this senseless act a few more times before daybreak. I complained Comcast and they replaced the box. (after casting a few spells) It does the same thing. No one at Comcast can actually tell what it is doing at this ridiculous hour. It amazes me how little the folks at Comcast actually know about there products. But that is a subject for another review.
