We chose to go with Silestone for our kitchen countertops. I am completely satisfied. Whereas all of the other options (Corian, Granite, etc.) seem to all have drawbacks, Silestone really doesn't. And the price is comparable. It doesn't cut or burn and stain, and it looks great and feels great.
