Jay operates out of the Towson Commons parking garage. Since I park there everyday, the convenience caused me to give him a try. I found him to be professional and his prices to be attractive compared to what other places charge these days for wash, wax, and interior. I plan to go back. Oh, and I think he'll validate for people that don't normally park in that garage.
