I have a Jacuzzi J-355 spa and it came with several defects for example some lights do not work, radio controls do not work. That part in itself is not acceptable for a spa costing over $10,000 but it's been 3 weeks since I complained and nobody has been out to fix it. I called the service company and they claim they are waiting for parts (funny since they never came out to even look at it, yet they need parts), I called Jacuzzi and they take 7-10 days to process complaints, I called the dealer and they are working with Jacuzzi to provide an exchange for a new unit. It's not like this is my first time around the block. I've had a Cal Spa that's been great for 18 years but reached it's end of life. When I called them for repairs they sent someone out within a day or two and fixed it.
