I have taken about 3 of their tours, twice to Atlantic City and once to New York City. Each time I found the drivers to be courteous and professional. The driver for the NYC was very friendly and funny. The coaches were clean and comfortable. The drivers kept to the posted schedule. For quick trips to AC and NYC, for when you can spare the time (train would be faster), Hunt Valley Motor Coach is a good choice for transportation.
