I bought our Jacuzzi hot tub (a J-335 5-seater) several years ago and have been very happy with the purchase. I had one issue early-on with the pump, but the dealer came out and fixed it at no charge. It filters the water nicely and the insulated cover does a great job of keeping the heat in. Getting the attached cover lift is a must. The controls are simple and maintenance, beyond cleaning the filters monthly, isn't a big deal - as long as you actually use the thing.
