I've used Payce (formerly Paytime) for my small, single-person corporation for years. They sometimes make mistakes, but they are fairly cheap and they help me accomplish my primary goal - not having to spend time every month filing taxes and paperwork. When some sort of error is made, typically in billing, they are quick to fix it. I have successfully had them account for my SEP-IRA and I401K when I choose to fund them. All it takes is a phone call.
