I live outside of Baltimore and use Washington Gas as my electricity supplier. I switched from BGE, primarily because WGES, by default, derives 5% of their production from wind power. After switching, I then realized that I could increase my own percentage via their web site. It costs more, but, to me, it's worth it. Regardless, switching was easy and I haven't had any issues - not with billing or delivery or anything.
