I cannot begin to describe the poor customer service, lack of communication and the incompetence of LBF's workers. I have more putty than actual floor installed. The gaps exceed industry standards, boards were not chosen carefully and the job looks amateur. The owner was ignoring our phone calls, until the floor retailer got National Wood Flooring Association involved. Their pricing was slightly less than of their competitors, but the headache that came with working with them was not worth it. Looking back, I should have relied on recommendations, rather listening to my contractor. If you are thinking about hiring these guys, email me for pictures first.
